Communication between co-owners and the building manager is often the biggest challenge. WhatsApp groups create chaos, and phone calls aren't efficient. Chat within Flatie enables direct and group communication without sharing private phone numbers. Each user has a clearly marked role (manager, representative, co-owner) so you always know who you're talking to. Messages remain archived and searchable, and unread message tracking ensures you don't miss anything. If you don't want to be contacted by other co-owners, you can fully disable receiving their messages in settings — communication with the manager and representative stays active.
