How much does Flatie cost for managers?
Flatie has two plans: Basic at €0.99 and Plus at €1.99 per residential unit per month, both up to 100 units. Plus adds more storage, the AI assistant and priority support. For larger buildings we agree an Enterprise price.
Does Flatie replace existing management software?
Flatie is not accounting software — it focuses on communication, defects, voting and documents, and works alongside your existing tools.
Is it compliant with Croatian law?
Yes. Flatie was developed in line with the new Building Management Act and enables legally valid consent collection and voting.
