The digital notice board allows any resident — co-owner, representative, or manager — to post a notice that immediately reaches all residents via push notifications. The approval workflow is optional — if the co-owner representative wants to review and approve each post before it goes live, they can; if not, notices are published immediately. Each notice can include attachments, images and documents. Residents can follow all notices in one place, without the need for WhatsApp groups or paper notices.
